Because we sell digital products, including printable planners, journals, trackers, checklists, templates, and eBooks, all purchases are delivered electronically.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final, and we do not offer refunds after a product has been successfully delivered.
However, we are happy to assist if you experience any of the following:
- The download link does not work.
- You received the wrong file.
- The file is damaged or corrupted.
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
If any of these issues occur, please get in touch with us within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or another suitable solution.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Purchasing by mistake.
- Not reading the product description.
- Incompatibility with your software or device (unless stated otherwise).
